Sodium fluoride English name: Sodium fluoride
Sodium fluoride chemical formula: NaF
Molecular weight: 41.99
Physical and chemical properties:
Colorless shiny crystal or white powder, relative density 2.56, melting point 993 ℃, boiling point 1695 ℃. Dissolved in water, solubility in water (g/100ml): 15 ℃ 4.0, 25 ℃ 4.3100 ℃ 5.1. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline, slightly soluble in alcohols, and soluble in hydrofluoric acid to form sodium hydrogen fluoride. It is corrosive and can corrode glass. Toxic!
Technical indicators:
Indicator Name Indicator
Sodium fluoride (NaF)% ≥ 98
Water insoluble matter% ≤ 0.7
Sulfate (SO42-)% ≤ 0.3
Silicon dioxide (SO42)% ≤ 0.5
Main purpose:
In the coating industry, it is used as a phosphating accelerator to stabilize the phosphating solution, refine the phosphating process, and improve the performance of the phosphating film. The sealing of Al3+, which has a highly harmful negative catalytic effect, in the phosphating of aluminum and its alloys enables the phosphating process to proceed smoothly. Wood preservatives, agricultural insecticides, brewing fungicides, pharmaceutical preservatives, soldering flux, alkaline zinc salt galvanizing additives and enamel, paper industry and toothpaste additives, etc.
Packaging and Storage:
Plastic woven bag lined with plastic film bag sealed packaging, with a net weight of 25kg per bag.
Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated warehouse. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures.
